Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly amazing! The rooms were huge and well-appointed, making me feel really comfortable. The service was over the top AMAZING, with friendly and kind staff that made my stay a fantastic experience. The location was great, within walking distance of downtown Colorado Springs, and the dining options were just ok. The facilities were impressive, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were outdated and basic, needing some freshening up, but the city view side was great for watching the balloon festival. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, with some staff being rude but others quite helpful. The location, however, was fantastic, offering easy access to hikes, downtown nightlife, and restaurants.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms, although humming all day and night, offered a beautiful view of downtown. However, for a supposedly best hotel downtown, they could use some remodeling/upgrading. The service was awesome and very helpful from the moment we arrived, but there were issues with phones not being answered when called from the room and restrictions on deck usage. The location was convenient, near Colorado College and downtown, but had some issues with panhandlers. The dining experience was a mix of disappointment and delight. The facilities were satisfactory, offering dry cleaning, valet parking, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance.
